A FOCUSED INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
The core Pambanua examination is undertaken over one working week, including outward and return travel and up to three full days examining the business, asset or opportunity.
Following the examination, EAS prepares the client’s Strategic Diagnostic and Route Forward, setting out the principal findings, recommended objectives and priorities, the strategy proposed and the sequence of steps required to advance it.
The delivery timetable is agreed at commencement and assumes that the required information has been provided. Where further information or clarification is necessary, the timetable may be adjusted accordingly.
WHEN AN IMPORTANT OUTCOME REQUIRES CLOSER EXAMINATION
Pambanua is appropriate when a business, asset or opportunity presents a consequential objective, decision or challenge that requires a clearer basis for action.

This brings the findings, conclusions and recommended course of action into one practical document setting out:

the material opportunities, constraints and influences identified
the objectives and priorities recommended
the strategy and sequence of steps through which they should be pursued
the capabilities, relationships, resources and conditions required, and
the immediate actions needed to begin advancing the route.
The Strategic Diagnostic and Route Forward provides a clear basis for decision-making and for defining any subsequent analytical, specialist or implementation work that may be required.
A FOCUSED INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
The core examination is normally undertaken across five working days, including travel and up to three full days with the business. The Strategic Diagnostic and Route Forward is then prepared within an agreed timetable, subject to the timely provision of the required information and access.

The starting fee applies to one defined enquiry concerning one business, asset or opportunity in one principal location. More complex requirements are quoted before commencement.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
