For new clients, Pambanua is the typical entry point. This focused Strategic Business Diagnostic examines the intended outcome, the client’s present position and the factors capable of shaping it to establish the most credible and practical route forward.
Pambanua may provide all the direction the client requires. Where the outcome requires further analysis, specialist input or implementation, East African Solutions can remain alongside the client to advance the agreed course of action. Where the required work is already sufficiently established, East African Solutions may proceed directly to the appropriate engagement.
How an Engagement Progresses
The scope of every engagement is determined by the strategic question and intended outcome. Although the work required varies, an engagement typically progresses through four connected stages.
What the Client Receives
Where an engagement begins with Pambanua, the client receives a written Strategic Diagnostic and Route Forward providing:
A clearer understanding of the intended outcome, the present position and the factors capable of shaping it.
A reasoned basis for deciding what deserves priority.
A credible and appropriately sequenced route forward.
Clarity on the capabilities, relationships, resources and specialist input required.
The immediate actions needed to begin advancing the route.
Pambanua may identify actions for the client to undertake independently or, where appropriate, further analysis, specialist input or implementation support to be agreed separately.
An Engagement Proportionate to the Question
Not every strategic question requires the same depth of analysis or level of involvement.
Pambanua examines one defined enquiry in proportion to what must be understood and decided. Where the resulting route requires further work, its scope is determined separately by what must be accomplished.
